kiss
Eyes closed,
Breathe being held,
Body tense,
Waiting in anticipation,
For that special kiss,
From that special someone.
You wait, wait, and wait
But it doesn't come.
Your body begins to long for it,
That gentle, soft kiss
From that love you have longed for
Your whole life.
You cannot wait any longer,
You open your eyes,
But right when you do,
Your lover lips locks with yours
Your body begins to melt,
Muscles loosen,
Worries go away,
Thoughts leave, but one stays
"Love" is the only thought that remains.
The love for your lover,
Your life-long companion.
When your loved one finishes,
You want to faint into their arms
And lay their for the rest of your life.
You are completely happy
And the only words that are spoken are,
"I love you."
